Each new client will go through an assessment which will allow Paula to develop a program specific for your strengths and weaknesses.
What does a personal training session include?
Each session consist of 1 hour of training which includes a warmup, strength or conditioning training (depending on your personal programming) and ends with a proper stretch or ‘cool down’.
Throughout the session Paula will make sure to watch carefully and correct every movement to guarantee the best result without injuries.
Daily education on nutrition and body composition.
Paula makes sure each sessions to educate her clients on the most important points on how to reach their goals, whether this is burning more calories, how, and or when it comes to analyzing your nutrition and helping you improve upon and build healthy habits.
Online programming has limited spaces and is for those who are wanting to train from afar or are not able to train with Paula in person.
